Terms Used
“Wild West Ireland Tours“ is the trading name of Wild West Ireland Tours, having registered in 2022 Galway, Ireland.
The “user” and/or the “client” and/or “traveller” is the person who accesses the Wild West Ireland Tours website, makes a purchase from it and travels on our tours.

By continuing to access the Wild West Ireland Tours website, you (the “user”) will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
In particular, please note that unauthorized use or downloading of material from the website is absolutely prohibited.
In the compilation of the website, every care has been taken to ensure accuracy. Where errors or omissions are brought to the attention of Wild West Ireland Tours, amendments will be made as speedily as possible. However, Wild West Ireland Tours does not accept any liability to any person in contract or tort or otherwise for direct or consequential loss caused to the user arising from anything contained in this website or for any error or omission in it even if such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of Wild West Ireland Tours or its servants or agents.
The editorial content of this website is copyright of Wild West Ireland Tours and/or the authors, photographers and illustrators who contribute material to the website, and the user shall not alter or remove any copyright symbol or any other identification or information concerning the authorship or ownership of any of the content of the website.
The user shall not copy, market, resell, distribute, re-transmit, publish or otherwise transfer or commercially exploit in any form the Brand Name and Logo nor any of the content of the website.

(a) Certain merchandise and services are available for purchase from the website (“Chargeable Services”, including the “Book Now” and “Shop” pages). If the user wishes to access these, the user will pay the applicable fee in accordance with the rates and procedures specified by Wild West Ireland Tours from time to time together with any applicable value added tax or any other sales tax or shipping fee payable in relation thereto.
(b) In accessing any of the Chargeable Services, the user shall take all reasonable steps to protect Wild West Ireland Tours data and Wild West Ireland Tours from access by unauthorized third parties and will use any password or user identification (ID) or user name issued by Wild West Ireland Tours for use in accessing the Chargeable Services. The user accepts that it is responsible for the use of any such security measures and warrants that it will keep any such password, user identification or user name or any other security mechanism or device confidential and will not disclose it to any other person.
(c) Some of the goods or services comprised in the “Chargeable Services” are supplied by third parties and some are supplied direct by Wild West Ireland Tours. As regards those which are supplied by third parties, Wild West Ireland Tours shall have no responsibility to the user in respect of them and gives no warranty as to satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose or compliance with any description in relation to them. The terms implied by Section 39 of the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980 of Ireland are hereby excluded from these terms and conditions.
(d) Wild West Ireland Tours shall have no liability to the user whether in contract or in tort for any loss suffered by the user resulting from the use of a credit card, debit card or charge card or any modification thereof in order to access the Wild West Ireland Tours service.
Wild West Ireland Tours shall have no liability to any person for any injury or loss (including personal injury and consequential loss) suffered while participating in sports or leisure pursuits described or referred to in the Website. The material in the Website is given for information only and Wild West Ireland Tours gives no warranty as to the safety and security of such sports and leisure pursuits or as to the competence of those organizing the said sports and leisure pursuits.
Clicking on certain links within this website may take the user to other websites and Wild West Ireland Tours shall have no responsibility or liability of any kind for the accuracy or content of any information or any other aspect of any such websites. Due to the nature of interactive services and the Internet generally, Wild West Ireland Tours gives no warranty or commitment that the use of the website will be free from interruptions or errors, and Wild West Ireland Tours shall have no responsibility or liability in respect of or arising out of any communication or network defects, breakdown, malfunction, error, delays or failures (whether temporary or otherwise) while using the website.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland (excluding laws governing the conflict of laws) and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts. This will not prevent Wild West Ireland Tours from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these terms and conditions in any other jurisdiction throughout the world.
Conditions of Travel
Booking & Reservations
A booking is completed and accepted by Wild West Ireland Tours, when receiving payment in full and sending a confirmation of the booking by email with a customer order number. With this in place, Wild West Ireland Tours has reserved the client a seat on a tour. The client has the responsibility to check and make sure the dates booked are correct.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the tour price. Wild West Ireland Tours strongly recommends the client to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation fees, medical expenses, and others, well in advance before the tour date. Wild West Ireland Tours does not accept any responsibility or liability for personal injury/loss or damage to personal belongings, flight cancellations, etc. If the client should have a pre-medical condition, Wild West Ireland Tours strongly suggests to check all Terms and conditions and dates of purchase with the Insurance company beforehand.
Cancellation
Cancellation of a booking must be notified in writing to Wild West Ireland Tours. The Table below shows the number of days prior to the Tour Departure Date and the percentage of the corresponding cancellation fee. There is no refund between 0-30 days before the tour starts.

With a minimum 14-day notice, and if the client needs to transfer the tour start date to a different tour, Wild West Ireland Tours will do so, as long as there is space available on the new tour. If the transfer of the tour incurs in any third party cancellation fees, these will be paid by the client.
If for an unforeseeable reason, or major force, Wild West Ireland Tours had to cancel a tour, the client will be offered a transfer to another available tour. If not possible, then the applicable refund of the tour price only will apply. No other expenses will be paid by Wild West Ireland Tours.
Changes made by Wild West Ireland Tours
Wild West Ireland Tours reserves the right to modify the rates on the website to reduce/increase the price of any of the tours. Neither a new discount nor a new increase in price will apply to prior purchases. Wild West Ireland Tours will regularly remove out of dated promotional offers from the website.
On the tour, we will be covering all Highlight activities suggested on our website. The order of the tour’s Highlights may vary as we work with the weather to maximize every opportunity. The Sample itineraries published on the website are a Sample only, and may be amended without notice. Wild West Ireland tours may have the need to use various vehicles during the tour.
Accommodation arrangements are provided independently by third party accommodation providers, such as B&B’s and 3-star hotels.
Many activities and outdoor arrangements are provided independently by third party providers, such as boat excursions, restaurants, some visits to sites, local tour guides and others.
When On Tour
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all travel arrangements and costs to/from where the tour starts/ends, and to observe the laws and regulations of the countries visited, including carrying valid documentation like Airline Tickets, Passport & Visa & Foreign Currency or Euros.
The weather in Ireland is ever changing. Certain activities and aspects of the tours will depend on the weather. Wild West Ireland Tours is not responsible for climate conditions.
On certain tours, Horseback riding is an optional activity. Taking Horseback riding is at the client’s own risk. There will be some occasions where Wild West Ireland Tours will suggest a client not to take the activity, for his or her own safety. Clients who want to take the activity will miss 3 hours from the itinerary.
Wild West Ireland Tours understands the wish to visit an ancestors place of origin. If the client should want to pursue the visit of an ancestry place, we will provide assistance to get him/her to the desired area, with the applicable extra costs for driver/transportation, and other expenses. Clients who wish to take the opportunity of this side trip will miss time from the day’s activities.
Wild West Ireland Tours driver’s first responsibility is the client’s safety. Therefore, during the actual driving, the driver will be giving his/her undivided attention to driving with care and for the traveler’s safety.
While Wild West Ireland Tours pace is rather leisurely, activities are considered to be physically moderate to moderate-active, with some varying levels of walks and hikes, depending on the specific visit. Our B&B’s have staircases to access the rooms. It is the client’s choice to take part in all activities. If you decide to pass on a particular activity, please let the Wild West Ireland Tours person know.
If you should have a dietary restriction, physical or medical condition, or other situation that will require special attention during the tour, we ask you to inform us in writing as soon as possible, and when filling out our Traveller Form questionnaire.
If by any unforeseeable circumstance, the client should need medical care, the client agrees to assume all medical costs and related transportation provided during the tour.
By booking of the tour the client accepts that he/she does not have any physical or other conditions that would create a hazard for him/her or fellow travelers on the tour.
In the interest of safety, there may be times when Wild West Ireland Tours has to make a decision. By booking of the tour, the client accepts the authority and decisions of the person in charge of the Wild West Ireland Tour and its travelers.
Wild West Ireland Tours may take photos and videos while on a tour. The client agrees that Wild West Irish Tours may use these in relation to Wild West Irish Tours activities.
Updating of Terms and Conditions
At any time, Wild West Ireland Tours reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. It is in your interest to be familiar with them.
